Aligning compliance and security awareness training efforts across departments like legal, HR, IT, etc. allows for a coordinated, consistent training approach organization-wide. Moving away from a once per year “training event” to continuous learning that is more effective and easier for learners to complete with higher completion percentages by utilizing smaller learning modules consistently throughout the year.

Overall, these strategies help foster a culture of compliance that effective training goes beyond checking boxes. They allow companies to design training programs that are comprehensive yet engaging, proactively addressing risks in an ever changing landscape, while building an organizational culture of reporting possible incidents more consistently so they can be more proactively addressed.

This session highlights best practices to effectively implement combined security awareness and compliance training programs. We'll cover practical tips to help you plan an effective integrated security and compliance training program for the upcoming year, as well as how to align compliance and security training efforts across departments.
