In this session, hear about completed and ongoing pilot efforts with over 150 employers who are implementing innovative hiring and retention strategies, banding together to educate local talent about job opportunities and address social drivers that can keep people from being able to work, and underwriting first-of-their-kind efforts to shift practices from degree-centered to focused on the full talent, aptitude, and potential of every candidate.
