Reclaiming Next: What if Technology Forced us to be More Human?
Monday 06/24/2024 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM   Add to calendar

Competencies: Interpersonal (Behavioral), Leadership (Behavioral), Workplace (Technical) | Intended Audience: Senior-Level
Workplace Application:
Forty-five percent of technology decision makers believe their budget for AI will increase by more than 5% in the next year (Forrester) - it's time to unlock the potential of AI and reclaim our humanity in the process.

Repeated on Tuesday at 2:00pm

AI will rewrite the rules of performance, redirecting capacity to unlock new levels of innovation, creativity, and complexity. Sure, AI is the defining technology of our generation, but it won't define our generation. People will. After all, everything that will make or break the success of AI is fundamentally human: Acceptance, transparency, and cultural clarity. The leaders who cultivate these elements will find that their AI-enabled performance has no limits.

Learning Objectives:

  • Hear how AI inherently opens capacity for employees to direct their focus to novel things.
  • As tech strategy and governance is expected to grow significantly through 2026, learn how AI can (and should) play a role.
  • From a leadership perspective, understand how to humanize AI for employees, and cultivate an environment of trust, transparency and acceptance.
